Man meat (mannenvlees)

The challenge

Male goats are currently treated as waste products in Dutch animal husbandry. Farmers have to pay a fee to get rid of them, while they are a beautiful source of locally produced protein.

The solution

My solution is to raise awareness of the wasted lives of the male goats amongst Dutch consumers and to promote the consumption of goat meat. Explaining both the benefits for the farmer, the male goat itself and the environment/climate.
