The purpose of this role is to lead the marketing activity within the Territory commercial team consistent with A&P priorities including managing NPIs and campaign planning, as well as operational marketing execution.

Als Leider Andijk ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van R&D-bloemen proeven. Je zorgt voor een goed personeelsbeleid (je stuurt ca. 10-15 medewerkers aan), je verdeelt het werk en coördineert de werkzaamheden. Verder stel je samen met de Manager Operations het budget en deadlines op en zorg je dat de kosten niet het budget overschrijden. Je stuurt de, door de Crop-Clusters aangevraagde, proefprojecten aan en communiceert aan hen terug over de voortgang en ontwikkeling van de proeven. Dit zijn onder meer veredelingsactiviteiten en teelt proeven. Naast het leiding geven aan telers, teeltspecialisten en veredelingsmedewerkers ga je ook zelf ook deels meewerken. Je zorgt voor de optimale bezetting, coördineert de operationele synergie en proces veranderingen!

In the Flowers R&D department the Technology team works on developing new traits for our Flower breeding programs. As Scientist Phytopathology you will be leading our Phytopathology research. You will join our enthusiastic and dynamic Flower Technology team and be part of our global scientific community within Syngenta. Embedded in the Seed Valley region you will be based in Enkhuizen/Andijk and work on global developments in phytopathology. Your mission is to closely work with our breeding and research teams on the further development of our disease resistance strategy. You are responsible for the design and execution of phytopathology projects related to a diversity of ornamental crops and pathogens.

Binnen de afdeling Technology Innovations van de jonge planten productie locatie in De Lier zijn wij op zoek naar een Trial Specialist Young Plant Production. Residing in the Research and Development job family, this position will provide scientific support to Cargill in all the developing and emerging areas. This individual will be responsible for using their thorough knowledge in material science and modeling to provide support to research projects that create value for Cargill. This role supports parts of complex projects or leads certain tasks within projects and will support method development with minimal oversight. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert in materials characterization and modeling using a wide range of scientific tools with focus in thermal analysis, reaction chemistry and modeling. The incumbent will also collaborate with multi-disciplinary research and development teams involving an understanding of food, ingredient and material systems.
