As the Application Specialist dairy you provide lab and pilot plant application support related to customer requests/projects and product development projects within the application centre in Vilvoorde, Belgium. You focus primarily on dairy expertise and develop further knowledge on other categories, beverages and specialized nutrition in the application team. You design and conduct trials and evaluate and report accurately. You staff the team that works based on expertise and project demand. You will work within a cluster team focused on dairy, beverages, specialized nutrition and pharma.

As the Research Scientist Feed Ingredients you are responsible for the development and optimization of products and processes as technical lead and hands-on contributor in Research and Development projects. You actively participate in laboratory, pilot and production scale trials, performing the necessary analytical work. You are also accountable for the translation of customer needs into new product opportunities, including the development of processes to make them.

The Ruminant Technology Application Specialist Ruminants is responsible for supporting our customers in rolling out Cargill innovations, training internal and external staff on ruminant nutrition and interacting with the European Sales, Marketing, Technology organization to drive innovation forward, in close collaboration and alignment with the sales team in the region.

Supports the analytical area inside the Product & Process Development (PPD) team - Global Edible Oils product lines. Performs the daily analysis, equipment calibration and maintenance and cooperates in the implementation and optimization of new/existing analytical methods and techniques to maintain the high quality analytical service required for support the different projects in which this PPD is involved. Reports and communicates analytical results to Analytical Specialists, Scientists, Engineers and Lab Supervisor within the PPD team.
