Transition to the Vegan Dairy Farm

The challenge

Mainly the focus is on the consumer side of the chain when it comes to dairy farming. The producing side (dairy-farmers) is not much included in exploratory research into plant-based options.

The solution

Solutions are worked out to create opportunities for current dairy farmers to transition from a regular dairy farm, to a 'vegan dairy farm'.
